Rooms may be unavailable for a variety of reasons, even when not shown on the event calendar. To check for available space and/or submit your request for space, you must be logged in as a VEMS user. Click RESERVATIONS and select either Single or Multi-Day Request.
If you don't have a VEMS account, and want to request space, please click LINKS (above), then Request Space Without Web-User Account. We are phasing in new customer features. During the current phase, only representatives of ISU departments may request a VEMS account through the MY ACCOUNT menu.
